About Heather N. Bowen Pascual, Esq., CIPM

Heather completed her Juris Doctorate from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, a T-14 law school in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor of Arts in Government & World Affairs, Bachelor of Arts in Music, and minor in Criminology from The University of Tampa and graduated Magna Cum Laude, the top 10% of her class.She is solutions-oriented attorney who started off as a corporate legal fellow at a high-growth start-up, counseling business owners on avoiding pitfalls in navigating into established and successful corporate entities. Specifically, she advises on commercial and technology transactions, intellectual property, data privacy and security, as well as strategy, governance, and operations.When not practicing law, Heather leverages her background and skill sets by serving on nonprofit boards of directors and advisory boards, volunteering in her community, authoring published books, reading for personal growth and development books, playing musical instruments, and running domestic and international marathons.
